As a parent of a student heading off to university, we understand that this is a big deal. We are also aware that for many of our students, they are travelling across the world to complete their University courses, often leaving their family behind. Please be assured that we have a dedicated property manager and maintenance team who are on hand with 24/7 support. We are also part of the National Code of Standards and SASSH accredited provider, we ensure exceptional service, security, and student wellbeing, giving you confidence that your child is in safe hands.

Our experienced management team are available on site Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:00. Our team will provide contact details via Whatsapp, WeChat or email for you to contact them. We are also available 24 hours 7 days a week via our emergency contact number if our students need to speak to a member of the Unilife team.

Safe and Secure Buildings

Our buildings offer high level security which includes, 24 hour CCTV both inside and outside the building. There is a high specification video intercom door system in every studio, allowing tenants to view who is at the front door, speak to them and let them in if they wish to do so. To enter the building, there is a set of double doors with an airlock, ensuring maximum security. There is also electronic entry on every door of the communal areas, ensuring maximum safety of our residents.

Personalised Living Experience

Our student apartments are all self contained studios, ensuring that your son or daughter has a personalised living experience. In every studio, students have access to their own fully equipped kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, therefore they will not share any facilities with other residents. There is also a double bed, smart TV and high speed unlimited internet connection.

At Unilife, we provide a secure and convenient parcel and delivery system to ensure students never miss an important package.

Parcel box & Mailbox – Our properties feature a Renz Box, a secure smart parcel system that allows students to collect deliveries at their convenience using a mobile app for access. Every student also has a secure mailbox.

Food & Grocery Deliveries – Food and supermarket deliveries are taken directly to the student’s studio door, making it easy for them to enjoy meals and essentials without hassle.

Reception Handling – Our on-site team can accept larger parcels and signed deliveries during office hours.
