We provide confidential counselling services to support students in balancing academic and personal life pressures. Our counsellors offer flexible options, including face to face sessions, structured telephone counselling, and secure chat or email support, available 24/7 to ensure help is always accessible when you need it.

Finance, Debt, Medical and Legal Support

Managing finances, health, and legal matters as a student can be challenging. That’s why, through Health Assured, we offer 24/7 confidential support on debt, budgeting, medical concerns, and legal advice, ensuring you have the guidance you need, whenever you need it.

It is so important to ensure that you have someone to speak too. At Unilife, our City Managers ensure you can reach out to them at any time for support and guidance. They are available for a friendly chat over a coffee or a booked appointment to ensure that you have the support you need.

services

You should call 999 or go to A&E if you or someone else has an immediate, life-threatening emergency requiring mental or physical health assistance.
If you need help urgently for your mental health, but it’s not an emergency, get help from NHS 111 online or call 111.
