I really enjoy living here, the community that has been built here is unbeaten. I have made so many great friends here at riverside. Jasmin the house supervisor is amazing, she puts on fun events weekly and is always around to help and assist us with anything or even to just chat or have a coffee.

This is an excellent place. All the staff are helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

Really friendly house manager, Dom always funny and chill. Made some great friends and it already feels at home and I’ve been here a month! Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough – yes it is pricey but to feel comfortable and safe is amazing!

living at Unilife High Street has been such a great experience. The rooms are modern and comfy, the common areas are always clean, and it’s super close to everything—uni, shops, transport,. It’s a really chill place to live. Big shoutout to Gabi, the building manager—she’s the absolute best. Always friendly, super helpful, You can tell she puts in the effort to make sure things run smoothly and that we all feel at home. Five stars to her :)

This student apartment is very good. Including a self-study room, a gym and a game hall with complete facilities. The room is fully equipped and comfortable. The staff at the reception are very helpful.

Juan Fran is such an amazing member of staff and friend. I love the communal areas here!!

When I came to live at Unilife Bargate House, I found comfort and a good environment. It’s not wrong to choose to stay here. Both complete facilities, good location in the heart of the city centre. There is also a bus stop in front of the tower. Plus, the staff who take care of it is very cute and friendly. Highly recommended for those who are thinking of finding a dormitory.

This year in this accommodation has been the best of my life. I have made so many new friends, the house manager is absolutely lovely, Dom literally makes this place home. I feel so safe, secure, very opposite to my experience last year where i couldn’t even leave my bed. This year has been amazing, and i wish i could stay forever

I decided to take up residence at Bargate House for my third and final year at Uni, and it has by far been the easiest and most stress free move I have had in my 3 years at uni! The property management team couldn’t have done more to help me settle in, offering to help me move my belongings, inviting me to social events etc, and it already feels like home! Juan Fran and Ella are excellent staff and helped me feel welcome, offering to have a coffee with me and showing me how to use the various amenities at Bargate. Im looking forward to my stay here for my Third year!

I lived here for a school year and had a great experience! Everyone at Unilife is very warm and lovely! The staff are very responsible and will be your good friends here. Delicious bread or fruit and yogurt are served at the ‘grab and go’ area on the first floor from Monday to Friday morning during classes, and the apartment also hosts a variety of interesting activities from time to time. In addition, the overall living environment is clean and comfortable, very quiet and suitable for study. Love this apartment and highly recommend it!

I have been loving at Unilife Riverside House for nearly a year and have been loving my experience! Perfectly located, 5 minute walk from Ini Campus and a 10 minute walk from the centre with no need for transport, the studios are very well appointed, modern and spacious. I have my own kitchen and bathroom, super comfy double bed, dining area and study area. I love that I have my own TV and they even include Netflix! The property is very well maintained and cleaned and the service could not be better! In this particular element, a huge Shout to the manager Frank who is always available even on the phone and ready to help whenever needed. The communal areas are great too! I have a gym available 24/7, laundry, table tennis, pool table, PS5 and dedicated study rooms. The Internet is excellent and I can have 3 devices running at the same time without any issues. Makes it great to talk with family and friends abroad whilst carrying out my course work, Overall, just Great!

I’ve had a fantastic experience at this student accommodation! The staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly, and the house manager, Gabi, is especially amazing—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the center of all the shops and restaurants, making it super convenient for daily life. The building offers some awesome amenities, including a free gym for residents, a PS5, a karaoke machine, and a great laundry room. Recently, they even installed a mahjong table in response to residents’ requests, which really shows how much they care about creating a community and making sure everyone has what they need to enjoy their time here. Highly recommend!

Very good value for money, very close to the university and town with easy access to both, nice and clean social spaces where there are frequent events run, the WiFi is fast and reliable, the unlife team are brilliant and always happy to help with any needs, Dominic Ekin the property manager at Sparkford House in particular goes above and beyond in making the building a wonderful environment to live in and is always happy to help with anything residents need.

I have been staying at Unilife Sparkford House in Winchester for the past few weeks. The studios are large and very spacious. They are fully private flats meaning I have everything for a super happy and independent life. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking hob, microwave with oven function in-built, fridge with freezer compartment, tons of cupboard space and two rubbish bins. The bed is double sized and very comfortable with an amazing under bed storage area and cupboards all around it. The building itself is very secure with all doors operated with a modern electronic key card system, CCTV and 24/7 presence. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the University is right across the road! Travelling to the city centre is very safe and easy and there is an incredible range of local shops, supermarkets, amenities and city attractions. I cannot recommend Sparkford House enough!

Unilife is a great place to live with modern apartments and friendly and helpful staff.
