I’ve had an incredible experience living at this student accommodation, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff here are absolutely fantastic, with Alberto, Alfie, and Marius from the maintenance team always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are quick, friendly, and super helpful whenever anything needs fixing or adjusting. Gabi, the house manager, truly stands out for her exceptional leadership and dedication. She makes the place feel like home and is always there to assist with any needs or concerns, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch! The gym is well-equipped and perfect for keeping in shape, and there’s a mahjong table for some fun downtime with friends. The cinema room, complete with karaoke, is such a great way to unwind and enjoy a movie night with your flatmates. What I really love is the fantastic range of events organised each month. It’s a great way to meet new people and make the most of your time here
I had a fantastic experience at Unilife! The social spaces were amazing, spacious, well equipped, and perfect for relaxing or connecting with other residents. The management team was outstanding, always approachable and efficient. Special thanks to Mike, who consistently went above and beyond to help with any issues. His friendly attitude made a real difference. If you’re looking for student accommodation with great amenities and excellent support, I highly recommend Unilife!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Unilife at Sparkford House in Winchester, and I can confidently say that it truly enhances the university experience. The accommodation is modern and comfortable, with great facilities that make day-to-day living easy and enjoyable. What really stands out, however, is the strong sense of community fostered by the management team. They host a variety of fun and engaging events throughout the year, making it easy to meet new people and make lasting memories. Whether it’s movie nights, quiz events, or social gatherings, there’s always something happening that helps create a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Dom, who always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Dom’s efforts in organizing events and creating a positive, supportive environment do not go unnoticed, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about making Sparkford House feel like home. Highly recommended, dom also needs to work on his pool skills😂

When I first came here, I met ItachiJuanFran, who’s super warm and friendly. He gave me a bit of comfort when I was at my most helpless. He was like an old friend I hadn’t seen for ages and helped me out a lot. I’m really happy living here. Everyone’s so nice. We often hold some events, and I can meet new friends. It’s really meaningful!

Property is really nice, a great, safe, accommodating space to start out your uni life. Great city center location, perfect wi-fi, very polished social spaces and all Props to Gabi for being the best manager, housekeeper that could be, at almost no time at all. She’s insanely good and the whole experience wouldn’t be the same without her

I’ve had an exceptional experience staying at this student accommodation. The location is absolutely ideal – it’s just a short walk from campus, with plenty of local shops, cafes, and transport links nearby. Whether I need to pop into town or grab a quick bite, everything is right on the doorstep. The accommodation itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the facilities I need to study and relax. The communal areas are spacious and welcoming, creating a great environment to socialise with other students. A special mention must go to Gabi, the supervisor. She’s been nothing short of amazing – always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Whether I had a query about something in the flat or needed advice on anything, she was always there with a smile, ready to lend a hand. Her dedication to making sure everyone is comfortable and settled in really stands out, and it’s clear that she truly cares about the well-being of all the residents. Highly recommend!!
Great community and very amicable staff
It is a really nice accommodation to live, everyone is very friendly and helpful, the environment around is peaceful and beautiful, really good for your health. The room is big and bright, also have all the necessities you need: television, hot water, big mirror, fast free Wi-Fi… it’s super cozy. And the reception is convenient for you to collect your parcels. Also there are lots of social events so you can make friends with other residents, really interesting! According to the current situation everyone need to study online, it’s a suitable and quiet place to study and enjoy your life. And if the lockdown is over, the place is also very close to your university. Anyway it is a perfect place!
Nice studios, well maintained (except the plumbing which failed during cold weather) and location close to uni so convenient. However, area is plagued by drunk cretinous louts and can be noisy at midnight
I mailed with one of the team member Alex and he was always responding quickly even I asked a month later. Therefore good work of ethics just like other members in the team, Ben, Alverto, Marius… Apart from that it is basically the best located accommodation for students. We are living one of the plus studios with my partner and it is more than enough for us at the moment. I mean the place is modern-well furnished and everything but I like to problem solving capabilities of the team the most.
Great location, spacious room, well looked after. Couldn’t be better. Been in other accommodation but Unilife High Street surpassed it by miles. Staff also caring and friendly! Gabi is so lovely ^.^
I love staying at Unilife, not only are the facilities great but it only takes 5 mins to get to campus. The staff are nice and friendly and although there was once outside issues causing problems with facilities (a water leak on our road), they supported us all through it and kept everyone up to date with any changes. The standard studio room is perfect and doesn’t feel cramped at all especially as there are many spaces within the building you could go to spend time playing games or studying so you aren’t confined to your room anyways. Would always recommend especially if you’re wanting to share a studio with a partner / friend, there’s still enough room.
Unilife Sparkford House is absolutely first-class accommodation. The customer service is exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The facilities are state-of-the-art, and the events are fantastic, offering a vibrant social scene. It truly has everything a student could wish for. The team is always on hand and incredibly helpful. If you’re in search of student accommodation, I highly recommend arranging a viewing because this place genuinely speaks for itself!

I do think it’s a good accommodation for students. Although there are still some issues need to be resolved, but I really appreciate what the manager did for all of us, and the facilities are very useful, as well as the breakfast for free. In addition, the position is really convenient to buy groceries or go shopping. I would say it’s the best accommodation of students for ever!
This is the best apartment l’ve lived in in Southampton for three years! Both the apartment facilities and the service are the best. I guarantee that you won’t find a more suitable apartment than Bargate House in Nan’an E € Everyone is welcome to stay!
I have loved living here so far, made some great friends from day 1. Dom and the rest of the team have been so welcoming and are always there to help if needed. I would absolutely recommend to a friend!
