I’ve had an incredible experience living at this student accommodation, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff here are absolutely fantastic, with Alberto, Alfie, and Marius from the maintenance team always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are quick, friendly, and super helpful whenever anything needs fixing or adjusting. Gabi, the house manager, truly stands out for her exceptional leadership and dedication. She makes the place feel like home and is always there to assist with any needs or concerns, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch! The gym is well-equipped and perfect for keeping in shape, and there’s a mahjong table for some fun downtime with friends. The cinema room, complete with karaoke, is such a great way to unwind and enjoy a movie night with your flatmates. What I really love is the fantastic range of events organised each month. It’s a great way to meet new people and make the most of your time here
I had a fantastic experience at Unilife! The social spaces were amazing, spacious, well equipped, and perfect for relaxing or connecting with other residents. The management team was outstanding, always approachable and efficient. Special thanks to Mike, who consistently went above and beyond to help with any issues. His friendly attitude made a real difference. If you’re looking for student accommodation with great amenities and excellent support, I highly recommend Unilife!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Unilife at Sparkford House in Winchester, and I can confidently say that it truly enhances the university experience. The accommodation is modern and comfortable, with great facilities that make day-to-day living easy and enjoyable. What really stands out, however, is the strong sense of community fostered by the management team. They host a variety of fun and engaging events throughout the year, making it easy to meet new people and make lasting memories. Whether it’s movie nights, quiz events, or social gatherings, there’s always something happening that helps create a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Dom, who always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Dom’s efforts in organizing events and creating a positive, supportive environment do not go unnoticed, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about making Sparkford House feel like home. Highly recommended, dom also needs to work on his pool skills😂

When I first came here, I met ItachiJuanFran, who’s super warm and friendly. He gave me a bit of comfort when I was at my most helpless. He was like an old friend I hadn’t seen for ages and helped me out a lot. I’m really happy living here. Everyone’s so nice. We often hold some events, and I can meet new friends. It’s really meaningful!
This is the best apartment l’ve lived in in Southampton for three years! Both the apartment facilities and the service are the best. I guarantee that you won’t find a more suitable apartment than Bargate House in Nan’an E € Everyone is welcome to stay!
I spent a really memorable time in Unilife. As student studied in WSA, I can meet and make friends with lots of peers here and also some students from UoW. Besides, the staffs here are friendly and always helpful for me. For the studio I lived in, it’s quite comprehensive, spacious and bright. And it’s quite nice to have a big mirror in the bathroom! And the common area which really makes me satisfied. I prefer the gym, the game room and the music room. Providing me the time to relax and social with my friends! By the way, it’s nice to have free exercise classes such as boot camping and yoga. And there’re others activities which I found them interesting and I can know some cultural differences. I’d like to say, thanks for staffs Safi, Ben, Alex and Alexa to organize and manage such a good living environment. It’s nice and lucky to live in Unilife and meet all of your guys!
The flat staff were very nice, responsible and eager to help us. As it is a new flat the facilities are very new. Complimentary breakfast is served in the morning and there is also a coffee machine, printer. Hot water is well supplied. The location is very close to the city centre, one minute walk downstairs to the lidl. overall the stay was very good!
I’ve had a great experience living at this student accommodation. The rooms are well-maintained, modern, and provide everything I need for studying and relaxation. The common areas are spacious and always clean, making it a great place to socialize with other students. The location is super convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and my campus. The staff are friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any issues. Overall, it’s a comfortable and supportive environment for students, and I would highly recommend it!

Sparkford House is filled with cheerful staff and students! It provides you with a lovely mix of privacy but good engagement through the events they plan and set up for students! Definitely would recommend for anyone who’s thinking about renting!
Spacious studios which are much larger and of a higher standard than renting options from the University. The quality of life at Unilife is very high: events are run weekly and all of the residents are very nice.
Our apartment is just fantastic! It’s in a super convenient spot, making getting around a breeze. The folks who manage the place? They’re amazing – always there to help out with a smile. We’ve got everything we need right here, from a comfy lounge to a gym. And the best part? The friendly neighbors. It’s so easy to make friends in this little community of ours. It really feels like home, and I couldn’t be happier living here.
Accommodation is amazing, all stuff are good, manager Gabi is best! We have mahjong table, gym, cinema room, ps5, Nintendo and such! Recommend!
Unilife bargate house is a brand-new apartment. The geographical location of the apartment is very advantageous, and the bus stop at the door is very convenient for me to go anywhere. Moreover, the facilities of the apartment are also first-class, so that I can feel the same experience as at home in the UK.
This apartment is really great. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, they even prepare mooncakes. There are plenty of activities throughout the year, and the facilities include a gym, laundry room, game room, movie room, and shared study areas. The staff are all very friendly and helpful especially ItachiJuanFran and if any issues come up, they’re usually resolved by the next day.

I really liked staying at the accommodation and I think my room was amazing as I was able to have enough space in my room to put my stuff in and I think the fact that the accommodation is very near to the University of Winchester made it easier for me to go to University on a daily basis. My room is spacious and comfortable. I can easily study without being disturbed by anybody. Most importantly the staff has been very kind to me since my arrival.
