Calling all Southampton, Winchester and Guildford students. We know that exam season is approaching. At Unilife, we understand the importance of preparation and wellbeing during this time. To help students navigate this demanding season successfully, we've complied our top five exam tips tailored for those living in our student accommodation. Whether it is creating a conducive study environment or managing stress effectively, these simple strategies can make a significant difference to your academic success!
1. Take Care Of Yourself

3. Stay Fueled
Make sure you have energy is important, eat well, stay hydrated and sleep well. During exam week to support you House Supervisors will be providing Drinks & Snacks to keep your energy levels high! Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with activities in the building.
4. Socialise
Studying is important, but taking a break is too and enjoying your university experience! Hang out with your friends, watch a movie or go for a walk… whatever it is that makes you happy ensure you take time to do it.
