Richard oversees operations across all our Unilife sites, ensuring the student experience is at the forefront of every operational decision. 

Richard enjoys walking his dogs and spending time with his family. 

Ben is the city manager at our Winchester and Southampton properties. He is passionate about creating environments for students to flourish.

Ben loves attending music gigs and is a season ticket holder at Easteigh FC. 

Juan Fran ensures every interaction he has with our students is with delivered fun and passion. Juan Fran is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the building. 

Juan Fran enjoys playing Pokemon and playing on his Nintendo Switch. 
 

Alex leads the strategic direction of our Sales and Marketing department. His goal is simple. To ensure that students are excited to move into our properties. 

Alex enjoys running and football. He supports Stevenage Football Club. 

Lewis is hands on with day to day marketing, ensuring that all of marketing strategies are impactful and our social channels are exciting. 

Lewis enjoys walking his dogs and going to the cinema.

He is here to help create memorable experiences and assist with anything you might need—whether it's accommodation issues, events, or just a friendly chat. 

Dom loves watching football and is a follower of Stoke FC. 

Alberto has worked for Unilife for 6 years and has a deep understanding of how to support our students effectively. He’s your go-to person for any maintenance issues. 

Alberto loves spending time with his family and travelling to Spain to see his family. 

Marius is the maintenance manager at Unilife and has worked for us for 12 years! He is the go-to-guy for keeping all of our buildings looking their best. 

Marius enjoys playing 5 aside football and fishing trips. 

Ella’s role is to help deliver the best student booking experience. She works across all of our properties to ensure her response time is within an hour of her working day.

Ella enjoys reading the latest novels and reguarly attending the gym.

Mike creates a thriving community and ensures here students feel comfortable expressing themselves and flourishing in their academic careers.

Mike enjoys football and has his own podcast channel for Canadian football.
