I like this apartment very much, it is very comfortable. Especially the staff Fran, he gave me a lot of help, very patient and enthusiastic. He is also very friendly and serious in doing things.

Unilife bargate house is a brand-new apartment. The geographical location of the apartment is very advantageous, and the bus stop at the door is very convenient for me to go anywhere. Moreover, the facilities of the apartment are also first-class, so that I can feel the same experience as at home in the UK.

Great expierence. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. Security is also great. The place is kept cleaned. The social spaces are well kept. Laundary is very affordable. The grab and go morning breakfast is very good. The coffee and breakfast facility makes it more easy as a student. The Riverview makes it even more perfect. Its also near to my university which is best for me .Its fun to stay

I’ve had a fantastic experience at this student accommodation! The staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly, and the house manager, Gabi, is especially amazing—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the center of all the shops and restaurants, making it super convenient for daily life. The building offers some awesome amenities, including a free gym for residents, a PS5, a karaoke machine, and a great laundry room. Recently, they even installed a mahjong table in response to residents’ requests, which really shows how much they care about creating a community and making sure everyone has what they need to enjoy their time here. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an incredible experience living at this student accommodation, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff here are absolutely fantastic, with Alberto, Alfie, and Marius from the maintenance team always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are quick, friendly, and super helpful whenever anything needs fixing or adjusting.

Gabi, the house manager, truly stands out for her exceptional leadership and dedication. She makes the place feel like home and is always there to assist with any needs or concerns, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

The amenities are top-notch! The gym is well-equipped and perfect for keeping in shape, and there’s a mahjong table for some fun downtime with friends. The cinema room, complete with karaoke, is such a great way to unwind and enjoy a movie night with your flatmates.

What I really love is the fantastic range of events organised each month. It’s a great way to meet new people and make the most of your time here

Very good accomodation! Gabi is lovely and is very accommodating😁 She is a really good asset to the building and is there whenever you need!

Im in my second year living at this accomodation and it has been a home away from home! the facilities are amazing, people are extremely welcoming, and the building supervisor Gabi is always available when you need here, she really holds the place together and ensures that everyone feels like they belong!

Nice studios, well maintained (except the plumbing which failed during cold weather) and location close to uni so convenient. However, area is plagued by drunk cretinous louts and can be noisy at midnight

It was a good accomodation overall, everything is perfect so far. But just a concern about Contract. Joining in February would only provide a contract till September (when the course is 1 year) and after september we are subjected to at least 10 months contract which way exceed or duration of stay. Wheras, those who comes on September gets a normal 1 year contract. Please look into this.

From India to Unilife Riverside: The VIP Experience

Finding accommodation in Guildford felt like a boss battle, with no one responding to emails and every rental starting from September 14th—except I was arriving on August 16th. Just when I was about to accept my fate of sleeping at Heathrow, BOOM!—Unilife Riverside emailed me about a Luxury VIP Studio.

Enter Mr. Mike, the GOAT of hospitality. From Heathrow to my room, he guided me like a personal GPS. At MIDNIGHT, my keycard was ready in the Renzbox, and when I stepped into my studio, I found a home—apples, jams, bread, milk, chocolates, pizza, and more. Jetlagged, overwhelmed, but instantly feeling at home.

The next day, Mike’s tour revealed Unilife’s luxury perks—board games, PS5 + big LED, 24/7 coffee, and free breakfast (because why not?). But the best part? The fourth-floor riverside view. Whether eating, gaming, studying, or just chilling—every night looked like a scene from Interstellar.

Very good value for money, very close to the university and town with easy access to both, nice and clean social spaces where there are frequent events run, the WiFi is fast and reliable, the unlife team are brilliant and always happy to help with any needs, Dominic Ekin the property manager at Sparkford House in particular goes above and beyond in making the building a wonderful environment to live in and is always happy to help with anything residents need.

Mike is the best house manger, very helpful and kind and sociable. Made my experience with Unilife extremely enjoyable.

I had a fantastic experience at unilife! The social spaces were amazing – spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing or connecting with other residents.

The management team was outstanding, always approachable and efficient. Special thanks to Mike, who consistently went above and beyond to help with any issues. His friendly attitude made a real difference.

The unilife team at Sparkford house are excellent, Dom the building manager is nothing but helpful and bright personality which gives Sparkford house the homely feel. The maintenance team are always helpful if there are any issues in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Unilife at Sparkford House in Winchester, and I can confidently say that it truly enhances the university experience. The accommodation is modern and comfortable, with great facilities that make day-to-day living easy and enjoyable. What really stands out, however, is the strong sense of community fostered by the management team. They host a variety of fun and engaging events throughout the year, making it easy to meet new people and make lasting memories. Whether it's movie nights, quiz events, or social gatherings, there's always something happening that helps create a vibrant, friendly atmosphere.

A special thank you goes to Dom, who always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Dom’s efforts in organizing events and creating a positive, supportive environment do not go unnoticed, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about making Sparkford House feel like home. There isn’t really much of a dull moment there. JuanFran and Gabi make the place active and fun, they are very good to socialise with and connect with, which makes it more enjoyable. It’s always smiles and laughs with them.

The staff within Unilife high street are all extremely friendly and easy to get along with. The building as a whole is great at trying to make students experiences as best as they could be.

The staff is very responsible and patient, the apartment is in a good environment and the facilities are very complete and perfect.

The flat staff were very nice, responsible and eager to help us. As it is a new flat the facilities are very new. Complimentary breakfast is served in the morning and there is also a coffee machine, printer. Hot water is well supplied. The location is very close to the city centre, one minute walk downstairs to the lidl. overall the stay was very good!
