It can take some time for maintenance if you apply via their app. But the property manager at the reception is very helpful and he can probably solve it within a day or two. I think he’s exceptionally good at his role.

I’ve had an amazing experience living here. The facilities are well-maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it feels like a home away from home. When I came to live at Unilife Bargate House, I found comfort and a good environment. It's not wrong to choose to stay here. Both complete facilities, good location in the heart of the city centre. There is also a bus stop in front of the tower. Plus, the staff who take care of it is very cute and friendly. Highly recommended for those who are thinking of finding a dormitory.

Living in BH is very fortunate! There are many events every month, and the facilities in the public places are comprehensive (switch, ps5 my favorite). The location is right in the city center and the bus stop is right in front of you so it's easy to get to school～～I really love every member of the staff

The staff within Unilife high street are all extremely friendly and easy to get along with. The building as a whole is great at trying to make students experiences as best as they could be.

There isn’t really much of a dull moment there. JuanFran and Gabi make the place active and fun, they are very good to socialise with and connect with, which makes it more enjoyable. It’s always smiles and laughs with them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Unilife at Sparkford House in Winchester, and I can confidently say that it truly enhances the university experience. The accommodation is modern and comfortable, with great facilities that make day-to-day living easy and enjoyable. What really stands out, however, is the strong sense of community fostered by the management team. They host a variety of fun and engaging events throughout the year, making it easy to meet new people and make lasting memories. Whether it's movie nights, quiz events, or social gatherings, there's always something happening that helps create a vibrant, friendly atmosphere.

A special thank you goes to Dom, who always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Dom’s efforts in organizing events and creating a positive, supportive environment do not go unnoticed, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about making Sparkford House feel like home. The unilife team at Sparkford house are excellent, Dom the building manager is nothing but helpful and bright personality which gives Sparkford house the homely feel. The maintenance team are always helpful if there are any issues in the room.

This student apartment is very good. Including a self-study room, a gym and a game hall with complete facilities. The room is fully equipped and comfortable. The staff at the reception are very helpful.

The apartment staff is really nice, especially JuanFran and Greg, the maintenance workers. My room was always leaking before and Greg came to my room to check and fix it right away, he is very responsible. Juan was very helpful the first day we moved in, helping us with our luggage and showing us how to use the apartment facilities. He was also helpful and active in relaying the leakage problem in my room to the maintenance staff. In addition, the apartment is well equipped. Juan also helps us with frequent updates of PS5 games on the ground floor, . He also actively seeks our opinion on where the flat needs improvement.

Mike is the best house manger, very helpful and kind and sociable. Made my experience with Unilife extremely enjoyable.

The staff overall is very friendly and lovely. Dominic is quite literally the perfect person for a property manager here in Sparkford house he makes sure everyone is satisfied and happy. It’s a lovely place to live and the events are the best, my few notes would be being in Winchester School of Art it’s quite a hassle getting there or to highfield campus without traveling through hills or getting a bus. Social experiences are amazing. The WiFi would be my only negative as there’s no service in the building unless you’re in the reception and even then it’s quite weak. But other than that everyone and everything is perfect.

Absolutely love it!! Everyone is so friendly and the facilities are awesome. All the staff are amazing especially Dom!! (And Lewis and everybody else). Felt so welcomed from the minute I walked through the door. The regular (and free) events they hold are amazing and we all have so much fun! I can’t believe I’ve only been here for a few weeks, it really does feel like home ☺️

So far my experience here has been really positive. Having seen other accommodations around Guildford I was so relieved to find this. The fact that it is so close to the Stag Hill Campus is a brilliant advantage. Also I have a beautiful view and it has been very quiet too. Would highly recommend this. Especially if safety, cleanliness, and a modern environment is priority.

Also Mike has been so helpful in helping with the move. He is very hands on and was there to answer any questions. He even helped with rearranging furniture, making sure we had what we needed.

My experience at Unilife Riverside House for the past 2 years has been very pleasant, which one of the reasons why I've decided to stay here for another year or two. The staff here are friendly and helpful, always happy to provide assistance of any kind. The location is also perfect and the price to rent here is great considering all that is included. Maintenance is also quick to resolve any issues that come up. Overall very happy with the overall living experience here.

Best accommodation I have been in.

All of Unilife staffs are very welcome and nice, especially a house supervisor, JuanFran, he always assists students with his best as he does his duty so well. For about the room, it’s so good and bigger than I thought! the location is so closed and convenient to go anywhere as the bus stop is in front the accommodation!

Great location and great hot chocolate

I love our flat so much that you could say it is the top of the range of student flats in Southampton. The facilities are comprehensive and top class. Apart from the basic gym, pool table and mahjong, who's student flat has a free ps5, netflix and a video room for watching movies and karaoke.

Downstairs in the city centre are Lidl, Tesco, Happy Lemon, Sunrise Tea, Korean Food, Chinese grocery, Sichuan Food and Hong Kong Restaurant. And the city centre has the only and biggest shopping mall in Southampton, covering all needs and super convenient. It is 5 minutes walk to Marks and Spencer, Waitrose, John Lewis, Boots, Poundland, H&M, Apple Store, Lego Store etc. There is also Ikea, Decathlon, Iceland. A 3 minute walk to the bus stop below the flat and there is a direct bus service to the University. The staff in the flat are very friendly and can help you with all your problems, even taking classes to learn Chinese 👍.Highly recommend the Unilife.

I love the communal areas. The staff is always there for you to answer all your questions and help you with anything you need. Also, the events that they carried out were really good fun. I 100% recommend this student accommodation.
