I’ve had an incredible experience living at this student accommodation, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff here are absolutely fantastic, with Alberto, Alfie, and Marius from the maintenance team always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are quick, friendly, and super helpful whenever anything needs fixing or adjusting.

Gabi, the house manager, truly stands out for her exceptional leadership and dedication. She makes the place feel like home and is always there to assist with any needs or concerns, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

The amenities are top-notch! The gym is well-equipped and perfect for keeping in shape, and there’s a mahjong table for some fun downtime with friends. The cinema room, complete with karaoke, is such a great way to unwind and enjoy a movie night with your flatmates.

What I really love is the fantastic range of events organised each month. It’s a great way to meet new people and make the most of your time here

Great expierence. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. Security is also great. The place is kept cleaned. The social spaces are well kept. Laundary is very affordable. The grab and go morning breakfast is very good. The coffee and breakfast facility makes it more easy as a student. The Riverview makes it even more perfect. Its also near to my university which is best for me .Its fun to stay

Unilife bargate house is a brand-new apartment. The geographical location of the apartment is very advantageous, and the bus stop at the door is very convenient for me to go anywhere. Moreover, the facilities of the apartment are also first-class, so that I can feel the same experience as at home in the UK.

I like this apartment very much, it is very comfortable. Especially the staff Fran, he gave me a lot of help, very patient and enthusiastic. He is also very friendly and serious in doing things.

Mike is the best house manger, very helpful and kind and sociable. Made my experience with Unilife extremely enjoyable.

The unilife team at Sparkford house are excellent, Dom the building manager is nothing but helpful and bright personality which gives Sparkford house the homely feel. The maintenance team are always helpful if there are any issues in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Unilife at Sparkford House in Winchester, and I can confidently say that it truly enhances the university experience. The accommodation is modern and comfortable, with great facilities that make day-to-day living easy and enjoyable. What really stands out, however, is the strong sense of community fostered by the management team. They host a variety of fun and engaging events throughout the year, making it easy to meet new people and make lasting memories. Whether it's movie nights, quiz events, or social gatherings, there's always something happening that helps create a vibrant, friendly atmosphere.

A special thank you goes to Dom, who always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Dom’s efforts in organizing events and creating a positive, supportive environment do not go unnoticed, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about making Sparkford House feel like home. Highly recommended, dom also needs to work on his pool skills😂

There isn’t really much of a dull moment there. JuanFran and Gabi make the place active and fun, they are very good to socialise with and connect with, which makes it more enjoyable. It’s always smiles and laughs with them.

The staff within Unilife high street are all extremely friendly and easy to get along with. The building as a whole is great at trying to make students experiences as best as they could be.

The staff is very responsible and patient, the apartment is in a good environment and the facilities are very complete and perfect.

The flat staff were very nice, responsible and eager to help us. As it is a new flat the facilities are very new. Complimentary breakfast is served in the morning and there is also a coffee machine, printer. Hot water is well supplied. The location is very close to the city centre, one minute walk downstairs to the lidl. overall the stay was very good!

The building itself is modern, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities you could need. But what really makes this place stand out is the staff – they’re simply amazing. Gabi, the supervisor, deserves a special mention; not only is she incredibly friendly and welcoming, but she has such a brilliant personality that makes you feel right at home. Plus, she’s absolutely stunning! I couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay here, and I’m so pleased to say that I’ll be renewing for another year. Unilife High Street is genuinely top-notch!

It can take some time for maintenance if you apply via their app. But the property manager at the reception is very helpful and he can probably solve it within a day or two. I think he’s exceptionally good at his role.

The staff is very friendly and will help with everything.The security is also very good there is 24 hour security staff.The flat is also very cosy and well equipped.

Perfect location, nice services provided by building. And staff here are very professional and helpful, especially Gabi who is my favorite staff here, she’s very kind and friendly.

The location couldn’t be better – it’s close to everything you need, from public transport links to local shops and cafés, making it incredibly convenient for day-to-day life. Pretty much the perfect accommodation in every way, only “downside” was the cost, but I shared the studio and split the rent so this was negated and became cheaper, though this did mean two of us living in a small studio.

When I came to live at Unilife Bargate House, I found comfort and a good environment. It's not wrong to choose to stay here. Both complete facilities, good location in the heart of the city centre. There is also a bus stop in front of the tower. Plus, the staff who take care of it is very cute and friendly. Highly recommended for those who are thinking of finding a dormitory.

Living in BH is very fortunate! There are many events every month, and the facilities in the public places are comprehensive (switch, ps5 my favorite). The location is right in the city center and the bus stop is right in front of you so it's easy to get to school～～I really love every member of the staff
