Revision, Exams & Deadlines...May can be an intense month when you are a student! We want you to do your best, so here are a few things from us for you this May

Mondays:

Preparation - Fuel your brain & body and get the week off to a good start. Grab yourself a porridge pot at breakfast, add your flavours and off you go!

Tuesdays (Southampton) / Thursdays (Portsmouth):

Relief – Give your brain a rest and your body a boost! Come along to the gym between 4 and 5pm to try one of our brand new exercise idea cards to inspire or change your workout. Leave feeling refreshed and re-energised!

Wednesdays:

Boost – Look out for our special Make & Take treats to brighten up your day!
