Tuesdays (Southampton) / Thursdays (Portsmouth):
Relief – Give your brain a rest and your body a boost! Come along to the gym between 4 and 5pm to try one of our brand new exercise idea cards to inspire or change your workout. Leave feeling refreshed and re-energised!
Wednesdays:
Boost – Look out for our special Make & Take treats to brighten up your day!
