Thanks to the voices of our residents, Unilife has been recognised as one of the very best student operators in the world. One of only a handful of student housing providers worldwide reach this level.
We are proud to have earned Platinum Operator status from the Global Student Living Index, a recognition powered entirely by real student feedback.
The Global Student Living Index is the most respected measure of resident satisfaction in purpose built student accommodation. Each year more than 250,000 students across ten countries rate their experience, generating a unique data set that operators use to benchmark their performance.
This was our first year partnering with GSL. Residents living at Unilife during the 2024/25 academic year completed two anonymous surveys.
A total of 272 students shared candid feedback on every aspect of life at Unilife, from bedroom comfort to environmental facilities. Their responses produced an overall index score of 84.9. This is comfortably above the sector benchmark and enough to secure platinum status.
Together we achieved incredible results, particularly in the areas of Bedroom, Condition and Quality, Care and Support and Overall Management which all scored over 90.0. We are extremely proud of this achievement.
