Go to the Unilife Website: Start your journey by navigating to Unilife’s homepage
Select Your City Location: On the homepage, you’ll find an option to select your preferred city from the available locations. Unilife has properties in Southampton, Winchester and Guildford, so choose the city that works best for your university or lifestyle.
Pick Your Building: Once you have chosen your city, the next step is to browse through the available student accommodation buildings. If you know which property you are looking to book, you can head straight to the property page below.

Pick Your Studio Category: Unilife offers a variety of studio options to suit all student needs. Choose from different factors like floor location, room size, and whether you prefer single or dual occupancy studios. There is something for every student’s budget and preference.
Click ‘Book Now’: Once you have found the studio that is perfect for you, simply click the “Book Now” button to move forward with your booking journey.
Select Your Tenancy Start Date: Unilife allows you to choose the ideal start date for your accommodation. On page one, please select contract start date and it will show you the available dates to choose from.
Choose Your Tenancy Length: Unilife offers flexible tenancy lengths for students. You can choose a duration anywhere between 45 to 51 weeks, which works perfectly for your academic year, giving you the right amount of time to focus on your studies.
Fill in Your Details: Enter your personal information, such as your name, contact details, and any required identification (passport, university acceptance letter, etc.).
Review the Contract: After filling out your details, you will be presented with your contract. This will include tenancy dates and payment details. Carefully read through the terms and conditions to ensure everything is correct before signing.
Make Your Payment: Securely pay your deposit to confirm your booking and secure your studio.
Confirmation Email: Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your tenancy. This will include your contract, tenancy terms, and any important information related to your booking, so you can prepare for your move in day.
Contract Review by Unilife: The Unilife team will review your submitted documents. If everything is correct, we will sign and complete the contract to finalise your booking.
Pre-Rent Instalment Request: After 6 days of contract completion, you will receive an email requesting your pre-rent instalment to confirm and secure your accommodation. This step ensures everything is in place for your tenancy.
Get Ready to Move In: Once everything is confirmed, the Unilife team will send you all the details you need for your arrival. This includes move in instructions and any other important information to make your arrival smooth and stress free.
